Hello, my name is Ethan and I am a personal trainer in Aylesbury and a boxing instructor in Aylesbury currently working out of aqua vale gym. My passion for fitness and living a healthy sustainable life lead me to this role and I am here now to help teach you everything I have learned over the course of my sporting career and education, I am a former track athlete, amateur boxer and basketball player which has enabled me to learn a huge amount about the strength and conditioning of athletes and understand the psychological aspect of competition, my education credentials include a Bachelor of science degree in fitness and personal training, level 3 Personal trainer, and boxing instructor, this has allowed me to understand the human body and mechanics on a deep level to help ensure your results are optimised, safe and sustainable. Whether you are an athlete looking to enhance performance in a specific area, or a beginner to the fitness world and want to learn how to remain consistent in the gym and work towards building muscle or losing fat, I am the trainer for you.
